You’re adept at swooping down on a foe.
Prerequisites: Dex 14, base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: If you start your turn flying, you can take a full action to charge at an enemy that’s at least 10 feet below you. You don’t take the –2 penalty to your attack for this charge.
